Our transactions are processed in USD. If your payment card is in a different currency, our system will automatically convert the charge to the equivalent value based on the current exchange rate. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 2 days of placing it. Simply contact our customer support team via email at support@petaccessoriesmart.com to submit your cancellation request.

Important Note: Once your order has been dispatched or is undergoing customs clearance, cancellations are no longer possible. If this occurs, you will need to accept the parcel and arrange for its return at your expense.

Some orders are considered time-sensitive. If we have committed to delivering by a specific deadline, we cannot accommodate cancellations once the order has been placed. If you have any concerns about timing, please contact us before placing your order. 

Order Acceptance & Payment

Product Availability and Pricing: The prices and availability of products on our website are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure that our information is accurate, errors may occur. In such cases:

●     Price Corrections: If a product’s actual price is lower than what was charged, we will refund the difference.

●     Price Discrepancies: If the correct price is higher than shown, we will contact you before processing your order. If the discrepancy is significant, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect (lower) prices due to an error and may cancel such orders.

Right to Decline Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud concerns, security risks, or abuse of our services. 

Free Gifting Policy

We offer a free pet accessory gift with orders exceeding $150. This offer is limited to one gift per customer.

Important: If you return items in your order, the free gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund. 

User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you register on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities under your account.

Minors: Users under 18 years old are prohibited from creating an account, registering, or making purchases on our website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Any such data will be deleted upon discovery.

By opting in for SMS marketing at checkout, subscription, or custom order request, you agree to receive text notifications, including:

Message Frequency: The number of messages varies based on your interactions with our website.

Message Charges: While we do not charge for marketing messages, your mobile carrier may apply data and messaging fees.
